MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Jen, founder of Chaos Meets Order

Chaos Meets Order wasn’t built from a business idea—it was built from a genuine passion for helping people.

Long before this became my profession, I found joy in creating spaces that felt peaceful, functional, and welcoming. I’ve always loved designing my own space in a way that made it feel like home—a place where life felt calmer, more intentional, and less overwhelming.

Everything changed when a friend asked me to help organize their garage. Seeing the transformation—not just in the space, but in how they felt afterward—sparked something in me. The sense of relief, pride, and peace they experienced reminded me that organization can change so much more than a room.

Word quickly spread. Friends began asking for help with their garages, then family members invited me to organize kitchens, home offices, storage rooms, and other spaces throughout their homes. Every project reinforced what I already believed: creating organized spaces had the power to reduce stress, restore peace of mind, and make everyday life easier.

Curious if this was something people actually did professionally, I discovered the world of professional home organizing. I invested in my education, completed professional training and certification, and in 2024 made one of the biggest decisions of my life—I left my 9-to-5 career to build Chaos Meets Order.

Since then, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, each with a unique story.

I've worked with growing families preparing for a new baby, busy professionals balancing demanding careers, seniors downsizing after decades in the same home, families preparing for a move, business owners creating more functional workspaces, and individuals navigating ADHD, autism, physical disabilities, overwhelm, life transitions, and major life changes.

I've supported clients experiencing grief as they sorted through a loved one's belongings. I've worked alongside people who felt trapped by clutter and didn't know where to begin. I've helped individuals facing hoarding challenges with patience, compassion, and respect, always creating a safe and judgment-free environment where they could move forward at their own pace.

These experiences have taught me that home organization is rarely just about the physical space.

Behind every room is a story.

Sometimes it's joy.

Sometimes it's stress.

Sometimes it's loss.

Sometimes it's hope for a fresh start.

Sometimes it's simply someone asking for help.

Over the years, I've learned that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and respected. I've worked with people from many different backgrounds, cultures, lifestyles, and life experiences. I've supported men and women, members of the LGBTQ+ community, families, seniors, entrepreneurs, and individuals facing unique personal challenges.

No matter who walks through the door, I meet every client with empathy, respect, and compassion because I truly believe every person deserves to feel safe in their own home and never judged for asking for help.

I've laughed with clients as we rediscovered forgotten memories. I've celebrated milestones with families preparing for new beginnings. I've sat with seniors as they opened treasured photo albums and reminisced about the moments that shaped their lives. I've held a client's hand while they processed the grief of letting go of a loved one's belongings. I've listened to overwhelmed parents who simply wanted a home that felt manageable again. I've encouraged clients who struggled to let go of possessions, reminding them that meaningful change doesn't happen overnight and that progress should always happen at a pace that feels right for them.

Every home I've entered has taught me something.

Every client has left a lasting impression on me.

These moments have changed me just as much as they've changed the homes I've worked in.

They've taught me patience.

They've taught me humility.

They've taught me courage.

Most importantly, they've taught me that organization isn't about perfection.

It's about creating peace.

Today, Chaos Meets Order is built on one simple belief:

Every home should be designed around the people who live in it.

Not around trends.

Not around picture-perfect pantries.

Not around matching bins.

I believe the best organizing systems are the ones that fit your routines, support your lifestyle, respect your abilities, and make everyday life easier.

Because when your home works for you, everything else becomes a little lighter.

Building Chaos Meets Order hasn't always been easy. Like many entrepreneurs, I've experienced moments of uncertainty, made mistakes, faced setbacks, and learned lessons that challenged me to grow—not only as a business owner, but as a person. Those experiences have shaped the way I lead, the way I serve my clients, and the way I approach every project with gratitude and humility.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of my family, my friends, and every client who trusted me with their home. Because of you, Chaos Meets Order has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined.

Helping people transform their homes has become so much more than a career.

It's my purpose.

Thank you for trusting me with your home, your memories, and your story. It is truly an honor to be part of your journey.

“I don't believe organization changes homes. I believe it changes lives. Thank you for letting me be a part of yours.”

MY APPROACH

How I help you create lasting order

Personalized systems

No two homes or households run the same way. I design systems around your real routines, your space and your priorities, so order feels natural instead of forced.

Judgment-free, always

Your space, your story, no shame. I meet you exactly where you are and we work through it together with patience and zero judgment.

ADHD-friendly

I build low-friction, easy-to-maintain systems that work with how your brain actually operates, reducing overwhelm instead of adding to it.

Sustainable & realistic

I focus on solutions you can keep up with for the long run, not picture-perfect setups that fall apart in a week. The order has to last.

WHY IT MATTERS

Order that gives you your time back

When your space works for you, everything gets easier. You stop searching for things, stop re-buying what you already own and stop carrying that low hum of stress that clutter creates. You get calmer mornings, smoother routines and more time for the people and things you care about.

That is the heart of what I do. I’m not here to make your home look like a magazine for a day. I’m here to build something steady and livable that supports the way you actually want to live.
